Well, I have created a DA account. It's mainly come about to read Mike's works, but I'm thinking about starting to get back into writing myself. I used to enjoy it quite a bit and the few people that I showed what (terrible) works I wrote seemed to enjoy and praise them quite enthusiastically. But it's a bit hard to decide what to start with, because I have a few ideas with stories that I would just absolutely love to document down, refine and create into a piece of work even half as good as I see them in my head. I've missed that feeling.

I think I might go back and finish a story I originally started, that's slowly evolved in my mind over the years as loves have come and gone and I have suffered through many different emotions and situations. As my life has evolved and unfolded, so has the story, the end always changing and getting driven further back. I think that in the end, it may help with some of the things I feel now. Besides, ultimately, it IS the same story, MY story, wrapped in fantasy. My way of expelling feelings that I myself can't control with reflection and the beautiful audio works of the lovely band Katatonia.

Yes, I think it's time to begin writing that sad tale of love, loss and despair. I just have to remember to keep fighting my worst enemies, procrastination and motivation. Evanescence will be done, my tale will be told, so help me....
